Hi there!

I am Pratik Patil, a Candidate Master (CM) and a FIDE certified Instructor (FI) from India. I have experience of over 23 years in playing International tournaments  across the globe.

I have had a peak rating of 2292.

Some of my achievements include:- U-13 European Individual School Chess Champion, Gold Medalist in U-17 Asian School Chess Championship, Silver Medal in U18 Asian Youth Blitz Chess Championship. I also have an International Master Norm.

I am also an experienced Chess trainer having trained students ranging from beginner to advanced level. I focus not only on technical but psychological aspects of the students as well - helping them approach the game in a better way.

My best student has been my sister WFM Bhagyashree Patil who is the current Western Asian Youth Champion, former National Champion and has won Bronze Medal in World Youth Chess Championship.
